      Our contribution to cultural change

      Our voluntary network 4Diversity calls for and promotes an appreciative, inclusive and equal working environment. Our global community of 4Diversity Network members and ambassadors sets standards in raising awareness and practically forming an equitable and inclusive culture for everyone.

      B. Braun voluntary employee initiative

      • Steering wheels and multipliers in promoting diversity consistently with one voice for us, our customers and society.
      • Self- organised, voluntary network groups organised by and for employees.
      • Give the diverse perspectives of their members a platform within the company.
      • Help identifying potential areas of optimization.
      • Embrace diversification and interconnection.

      4Diversity ambassador

      • Active contribution and fulfillment of pre-defined 4Diversity ambassador task.
      • Communicates, cascades and promotes the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within and beyond the 4Diversity Network at local site at own pace and in the framework of given circumtances.

      4Diversity Network member

      • Passive member of 4Diversity Network.
      • Interest in Diversity & Inclusion, curious to learn more about global or local initiatives.
      • Benefits from global or local 4Diversity events and campaigns, ambassador network meetings, and newsletters.

      Under the umbrella of the Global 4Diversity, local and regional network members & ambassadors found their own network initiatives on a bottom-up approach to promote & strengthen diversity-related matters & campaigns.

      Diversity Week

      To celebrate and cherish the multiple layers of diversity, we are dedicated to sharing expertise and promoting diversity on an annual basis. Our yearly Diversity Week offers our employees the chance to attend or self-organise a variety of workshops, plenum discussions, scientific insights and coffee talks to learn- and benefit from.
