Flexible & Secure Infusion Device Integrations

For years, B. Braun has been working closely with the major suppliers of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems. The Spaceplus & OnlineSuiteplus system is engineered to be seamlessly and securely connected with a variety of EPR systems using the bi-directional HL7-IHE interface.
The Doselinkplus application enables Spaceplus infusion devices to be integrated with wide range of third party systems such as Electronic Patient Record systems, Alarm Management systems and Asset Management systems.
Doselinkplus conforms to the HL7/IHE standards, facilitating flexible integration of the Spaceplus platform with other systems that are compatible with these standards.
Integration with Spaceplus allow for bi-directional communication between the infusion device and EPR. This supports:
Spaceplus generates a unique identifiable barcode that can be used to associate the device for Auto-Programming with EPR systems and also support Scan 4 Safety initiatives.
The Spaceplus & OnlineSuiteplus system has been developed to adhere to the latest international recommendations and standards by strictly separating IT communication and infusion pump core functions in the system architecture. The Spaceplus system follows industry-leading best practice to achieve and maintain HIPPA compliance.
All data transmitted through the hospital network between the Spaceplus infusion pumps and the OnlineSuiteplus servers is encrypted end-to-end.
